Why won’t my handheld remote charge?

If your handheld remote isn’t charging, the issue may be with the case or connection.

Fix:
Carefully remove the phone from the case and charge the phone directly using a compatible charger.

The Remote App is not adjusting kart speeds.
If the app shows it is sending speed messages, but the karts are not responding

Fix:
A restart of the remote app can usually fixes this. Click on the settings icon and click on “Restart App”.

No, you need a specific antenna. Please contact your reseller or inform us. Due to regions specific frequencies are required.

No, you are required to use a data cable (USB 2.0).
